Berry breakfast protein smoothie
300mls of almond milk
30g of protein powder (I use a whey protein but whatever you use I would recommend using one with no added sugar or sweeteners and as few ingredients as possible)
1 tbsp of chia seeds
One block of frozen spinach (approx 50g)
a handful of frozen berries (approx 50g)
mix all ingredients in a Nutribullet or a good blender and serve straight away.
