Hi, I’m Kay  

A functional nutritionist and health coach specialising in gut health and autoimmune conditions.

Having lived multiple autoimmune diseases personally, and having supported many clients with complex health histories, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when symptoms don’t seem to follow clear rules and there is little offered to support your symptoms post diagnosis.

Many people I speak to are trying to piece together their health alone navigating fatigue, food reactions, hormonal shifts, brain fog or inflammation while being met with conflicting advice online.

Over the years, people have often asked me the same question:

That question is exactly why I created The Autoimmune Recovery Circle.

This space isn’t about diagnosing conditions or replacing medical care.
Instead, it’s about helping you understand the key principles that support immune balance, so you can begin building a more supportive relationship with your body.

Each month we explore the drivers that commonly influence autoimmune symptoms  including the gut-immune connection, inflammation, hormones, stress physiology and food responses.
